The Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archaeology

When Julien said: what do you want for your birthday? I replied: I want to travel, to meet countries and persons who inspire me. So we went to the UK and we met Ellen & Tobias, but that will be another story...

First arrived in London we visited an amazing museum: The Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archaeology . So full of inspiration and memories...

I never told you that here and maybe it can explain my passion for ancient civilisations, but my father was passionate about antique civilisations and especially Egypt. When we were kid, he would take my sister and I to the Louvre and read for us the hieroglyphs on each stone and stele. We were so proud. I wish I had discovered this collection with him, I wish I could have read all these ancient texts set in stone.

The collection of the Petrie museum is really amazing. Sorry for these photos were taken with my phone, as notes for inspiration, but I wanted to share them. And if you have the opportunity i recommend you to visit this museum.
